Casa Vida Encantada is only available as an entire property rental, with a three-night minimum stay. We offer 8 Suites: 7 King ensuites, 1 Suite with 2 Queens, One King has a Queen loft.
Our property can accommodate up to 18 people. To reserve Casa Vida Encantada, we require a 50% deposit if you prefer to make one payment you may pay in full. You will be contacted by a member of our staff for confirmation.
2025 WHOLE HOUSE RATE: RATES STARTING AT – $64,311 mx pesos / approx $3,300 USD / night Your rate includes breakfast and taxes. HOLIDAY RATES: DEC 20th – Dec 31st, 2024 RATES STARTING AT – $70,741 mx pesos / approx $3,630 USD / night Your rate includes breakfast and taxes.
Due to the many levels of the house and the pool area, we do not encourage guests with children under 10 years of age. Casa Vida Encantada is a non-smoking property. Please make sure to read and accept our Lodging Agreement when booking.

UPGRADES AND ADD-ONS Our Whole House Rental policy includes all the amenities mentioned on the site, along with a full breakfast each day.Dinners: Enjoy dinners at home for an extra fee per person. Extensive menu options provided by our in house chef, Aide Prado. Also included are extra concierge services to plan and coordinate your enjoyment of a wide range of activities and current events in and around San Miguel.
OUR TERMS Reservation Deposit: 50% of your total stay. Cancellation Fees: Should you (Guest) wish to cancel a reservation, notice of cancellation must be in writing and received 90 days prior to prior to arrival date, we’ll deduct any wire transfer fees or commissions charged by any of the banks or any booking platforms from where the reservation was made. Less than 60 days is non-refundable.
